About the position
In terms of food, Wests New Lambton Restaurants are home to dining options including Chophouse Grill, Emerald Gardens, as well as Breakfast on the Terrace.
- Chophouse Grill - For those big, meaty American flavours cooked to perfection, dine at Chophouse Grill.
- Emerald Gardens - Wander through the beautiful brass gates and discover a world of authentic Asian cuisine.
- Breakfast on the Terrace - Enjoy a delicious breakfast spread of assorted healthy options to kick start your day.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Waiting tables
- Provide friendly customer service
- Preparation and service of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages
- Provide meal recommendations
- Preparing the tables for service
- Carrying multiple plates
- Operation of tills and cash handling
This casual position will require availability for a variety of dinner shifts from Tuesday to Saturday. Availability on weekends and during seasonal peaks (summer, public holiday and school holiday periods) is essential.
Certifications required: RSA

About you
We are seeking passionate Food and Beverage staff with table service experience gained within a restaurant environment (3-6 months of previous experience). To be considered for this opportunity, good knowledge of wine, or exposure to presenting wine in a restaurant setting, as well as experience in mixing a wide variety of cocktails, will be highly regarded.
