We are entering an exciting new chapter in our Culinary and Food & Beverage journey. With a clear focus on innovation, guest experience, and team excellence, we are seeking two Food & Beverage Duty Managers to work closely with the Director of Culinary & Food and Beverage Services to guide our talented team through this next phase of growth and transformation.
As an F&B Duty Manager, you will ensure seamless food and beverage operations across all outlets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead your team with professionalism, energy, and a focus on service excellence, supporting the overall vision of our culinary and hospitality offerings and delivering True Hospitality. Responsible for leading and nurturing a workplace culture that is positive, inclusive, and aligned with IHG’s values, ensuring team members feel engaged, supported, and motivated to deliver their best.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different but mostly you’ll be:
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during daily operations and service periods
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, and operational efficiency
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with the Director of Culinary and Food & Beverage Services on operational planning and initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of guest experiences and operational processes
- Playing a key role in shaping the future direction of our dining and beverage culture.

- Proven experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and operational skills
- Ability to adapt to change and support departmental evolution
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Maintain guest satisfaction scores above departmental targets
- Ensure operational standards and compliance with hygiene and safety requirements
- Achieve service efficiency and quality targets across all food and beverage outlets
- Demonstrate effective team management and development, including staff engagement and retention metrics
- Manage costs within budgeted targets, including labour and operational expenses
- Support the implementation of new initiatives and menu/service changes with minimal disruption
