Morning Shift available. Newly established 2nd plant: offered by Kyneton Biscuit Group/ Eatwell Foods. Our slogan is 'From our Family to yours'- hence, we're looking for passionate, family minded people to join our medium sized business, producing an array of biscuits and specialty baked products.
As part of our Production packing team you’ll play a vital role on our factory floor, helping us produce, pack, and prepare our delicious baked products. You'll be part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment where quality and teamwork are key. Its both Fun and rewarding- to get on our growth journey and experience what its like to be part of a versatile robust rapidly growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on products periodically (understanding of HACCP and good hygiene practices/Food safety cert 3 or 4 is ideal)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety and company standard
- Pack and label finished goods
- Follow safety and food guidelines
- Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors
- Basic cleaning at end of shift
What We're Looking For:
- Passionate individuals, who love seeing the products they create on the shelves and being proud of where they work!
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and perform tasks on their own
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Morning Shift starting early August. (Afternoon and night to commence soon afterwards).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.50 – $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
