3rd Party Containers (3PC) is seeking motivated and skilled Forklift Operator & Container Loader/Unloaders to join our growing team. If you are motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Shift Times:
- 6:00am to 2:00 pm
- 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Locations:
- Eastern Creek
- Erskine Park
- Bankstown
- Kemps Creek

Contract Type: Casual contract with full-time hours available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload containers using manual and mechanical equipment
- Ensure all products are secured and stored properly
- Conduct inspections of containers and products for damage.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with the team to meet loading and unloading targets.
Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 18
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and form of transport.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks 30kgs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay and benefits – Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates). We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $33.50 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $33.50to $40 per hour, and potentially even more.
