Front Desk and Chiropractic Assistant
Be Chiropractic is seeking a switched-on Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant with a warm and bubbly personality with great positive energy to join our busy Chiropractic practice in Lindfield, Sydney. You must love working with families and children and have a strong interest in natural health care.

- Ability to follow procedures, as well as being highly adaptable at curve ball situations and being able to think on their feet!
- Self-motivated with a ‘CAN DO’ attitude
- Resilient and a good sense of humour would be an added bonus
- Excellent computer skills
- Previous administration experience and promotional / marketing skills, including social media, is desirable.
Your role includes:
- Front desk duties: Helping clients with payments and their appointment schedules so they can get the best outcome for their health. Phone and face to face client relations.
- Support the Chiropractors during treatment
- Help inspire people towards optimal health naturally.
- Involvement in health education and marketing for the practice including newsletters, social media content and organising project
- Maintaining office presentation and general cleaning duties
NOTE: This position will require multitasking with attention to details at the same time.
What’s On Offer
This position is for the following hours:
Monday 12:45pm to 6:30pm
Tuesday: 8:15am to 1pm
Thursday: 1:45pm to 6:30pm
(Plus occasional saturdays)
Plus fortnight meetings. Hours = 14 to 17hours/week. Please allow some flexibility for an occasional later finish. And you may need to cover other shifts from time to time.
