The Opportunity: Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Consultant Assistant, you are not just a receptionist—you are the cornerstone of the client experience. You will create a warm, luxurious, and professional atmosphere, ensuring that every client feels exceptional from the moment they walk in. Your key responsibilities include:
- Exceptional Client Reception: Greet clients warmly and professionally as the face of the clinic, creating a positive first impression.
- Efficient Appointment Management: Handle appointment bookings, confirmations, and adjustments via phone, email, and in person to ensure a smooth daily schedule.
- Professional Consultation Support: Answer inquiries regarding treatment options, procedures, pricing, and clinic policies with patience and accuracy.
- Seamless Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and therapists to coordinate treatment flows and deliver a cohesive client journey.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage client records, billing, filing, and maintain the cleanliness and professionalism of the front desk area.
Who We Are Looking For: Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following traits and capabilities:
Core Competencies
- Excellent Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Fluent English Required: Proficiency in English is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- High Emotional Intelligence & Empathy: Understand and respond to clients' emotional needs, especially in a sensitive medical setting.
- Impeccable Professional Image: Present a polished and professional appearance and manner that aligns with our premium clinic positioning.
- Strong Organizational & Detail Orientation: Capable of multitasking with precision and maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
- Passion for the Aesthetic Industry: A genuine interest in aesthetics and a desire to provide outstanding service.
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles. Background in medical, beauty, or luxury hospitality industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in appointment management systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Capable of handling client inquiries and resolving issues calmly and efficiently.
