Headhunters Hair Studio is a boutique salon known for exceptional service, creativity, and a loyal client base. We’re seeking a friendly, organised, and digitally savvy individual to manage our front of house and help elevate our online presence.
This role blends premium customer service with hands-on social media and light marketing tasks—perfect for someone who enjoys both people and content creation.
Head to toe immaculate presentation is a must.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome clients and manage bookings/payments
- Keep our salon running smoothly and professionally
- Create & post engaging content across Instagram & Facebook
- Assist with basic marketing (promotions, newsletters, campaigns)
- Maintain a warm, stylish front-of-house presence
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Confidence using social platforms and Canva or similar tools
- Creativity, initiative, and a love for great client experiences
- Bonus: marketing knowledge or experience in hair/beauty
