The Happy Fox are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our cafe team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere while providing fast, efficient, and high-quality service.

Pay: $23.27 – $40.05 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu
- Take orders accurately and process transactions using the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area, including tables and counters
- Manage takeaway and dine-in orders efficiently during busy periods
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels in the service area

Work with our kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for customer service
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player
