For Restaurant Manager, You will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating the FOH team by example
• Hiring, inducting, training, and developing service staff
• Creating and managing weekly rosters
• Coordinating event service to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Building strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Working closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
• Upholding Workplace Health & Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements
• Overseeing setup, pack-down, and cleanliness of FOH areas
• Handling customer feedback and resolving service issues professionally

For Front of House staff, You will be responsible for:

• Greeting and Seating: Welcoming customers, guiding them to tables, and providing menus.
• Taking Orders: Accurately recording food and drink orders, answering menu questions, and offering recommendations.
• Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering orders promptly, ensuring items are correct and presented well.
• Customer Service: Checking on customers, addressing requests or complaints, and ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Handling Payments: Processing cash, card, or mobile payments and providing receipts.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Clearing tables, cleaning spills, and keeping the dining area tidy.
• Team Coordination: Communicating with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure smooth operations.
• Upselling: Suggesting specials, desserts, or additional items to enhance sales.
