Front of House Supervisor

Baker Bleu, We are currently seeking a Front of House Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive environment to grow our busy team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day front of house operations, including managing staff and maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently upheld.
- Train and supervise front of house staff, providing guidance and support.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the front of house area.
- Manage inventory and assist in placing orders for front of house supplies.
- Uphold and enforce health and safety standards to create a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of bakery products and a passion for the culinary industry.
