We are seeking a senior restaurant staff member with availability for a casual role on weekends, for both Saturday and Sunday for lunch shifts and the occasional evening function. We are looking for that person who is confident, leads a team with ease and has a passion for all things food and wine .
Working as a team with our senior restaurant supervisor, you will ensure that each lunch service is run to perfection, taking time to train the staff to a professional level and ensuring a high customer satisfaction. The roster will be rotating, with the option to have weekend dates off for personal commitments - you don't have to work every single weekend! We operate a small team, but we are big on work culture!
What we are looking for:
- A strong work ethic and organisational skills
- Ability to oversee the running of the restaurant service periods, intercepting any problems before they arise and ensuring a high level of overall customer satisfaction
- Leadership skills and the ability to train and mentor the junior front of house staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a similar role, or extensive industry experience and looking to take a step up to a more senior position
