About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Part-Time Front Office All-Rounder to join our busy and vibrant Front Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their skills across all aspects of Front Office operations.
Job Description
- Deliver outstanding service by promptly and courteously assisting guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Accurately manage guest and hotel accounts, ensuring timely and correct posting of charges.
- Support the team in ensuring smooth and efficient Front Office operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a strong team spirit.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
