We’re seeking a Front Office Coordinator willing to join our fantastic teams at both our East Cannington and Kenwick locations and support us in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our wonderful patients.

Your Role Will Include:
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk
- Handle phone inquiries and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has general dental knowledge (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
- Is professional, caring, and approachable
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Can work well as part of a team and independently
