Front Office Supervisor / Co-Caretaker – Oaks Casuarina Santai Resort

Oaks Casuarina Santai Resort has recently been recognised with a prestigious industry award, and we’re looking for a passionate and driven Front Office Supervisor / Co-Caretaker to join our amazing team on a Full-Time basis.

About the role:
- Lead and inspire the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Conduct guest arrivals and departures with professionalism and warmth
- Oversee daily tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Support end-of-month reporting
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly
- Share in co-caretaking responsibilities to help maintain our beautiful resort
Qualifications
- Previous front office supervisory experience (hotel/resort preferred)
- Strong background in customer service with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work weekends if required
