We are seeking an experienced Front Office Team Leader to join our team. This role will report to the Front Office Manager and is responsible for managing & overseeing the Front Office department, including the day-to-day operations.

The Successful Candidate will:
- Lead and support Guest Service Agents & Porters, ensuring smooth operations and stepping in as Assistant Manager when required.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, including VIP meet-and-greet, personalised service, and prompt resolution of inquiries or complaints.
- Maintain high visibility in the lobby, assisting during peak periods and ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, emergency, and evacuation procedures, acting confidently during critical situations.
- Train and onboard new team members, creating guides and conducting on-the-job training to uphold service standards.
- Monitor guest preferences and hotel activities, ensuring readiness and tailored service for all arrivals.
- Foster strong interdepartmental communication, ensuring operational efficiency and timely updates to management.
Ideally you will have:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent, or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in hotel management systems and general computer applications.
- To have a strong proven track record of effective customer relationship management in a hospitality environment
