Your next big opportunity: Food Coordinator for our Hammond Park centre!
We are seeking a part time Food Coordinator dedicated to providing children with a healthy and balanced diet to support their development and growth.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure the timely preparation of all food requirements.
- Manage and cater to the individual dietary needs of each child.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals throughout the day, including main meals.
- Diligently complete daily records in line with the Food Safety Act.
- Maintain the highest standards of kitchen safety and hygiene.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with team members to create a supportive work environment.
- Consistently adhere to health and safety standards.
What you bring to the table:
- A warm and caring personality, with the ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
- A current Child Protection certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
- A Food Safety Supervisor certificate is preferred.
