- Administration
- Reception
- Customer Service inbound and outbound
- Data entry
- Scheduling of appointments
- Completely Virtual Reception for our clients with no face to face contact.
- Full Front Desk Administration (not a call centre)
- Taking calls and bookings carrying out a variety of services for over 100 clients Australia wide.
- Utilizing a variety of programs and procedures on a daily basis
Successful applicants must possess the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Intermediate MS office skills
- Fantastic time management
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
- Own transport and prepared to work in Ballina NSW
- Fast learner
- Confidence
- Willing to learn
- High level of initiative
- Has a caring and kind personality
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $46,460.00 – $82,559.46 per year
