The Role:
Best&Less has an opportunity for a Full Time Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Penrith store in NSW. Ideally we are looking for a team member who has an interest in advancing their career down the track, potentially stepping into a management role of the future. Previous supervisory or keyholder experience would be an advantage.
As an integral member of the Penrith ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
Your day will consist of:
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
About you:
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Previous retail experience to hit the ground running in our fast paced, hands on store
- Have a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Desire to develop your career in retail
