About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising & Marketing, you will be one of six team members within our talented and supportive Fundraising and Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the production and implementation of strong and effective end-to-end communications and marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Upload and manage the collection and housing of global and internal resources across CBM.
- Provide digital design and web publishing support.
- Coordinate the implementation, review and monitoring of supporter journeys.
- Work closely with external suppliers, namely writers, designers and agencies to coordinate CBM publications.
- Support the Fundraising & Marketing team’s input into our CRM.
- Support the Fundraising & Marketing team’s financial input into NetSuite.
- Coordinate the CBM marketing approval process, ensuring all collateral is approved by relevant internal stakeholders and adheres to ACFID and FIA Codes of Conduct.

You will bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Practical experience in fundraising and/or marketing.
- Exceptional planning skills, high organisation and great attention to detail.
- An understanding of or willingness to learn design, printing and mail-house procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferable.
- An agile and responsive approach to delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
