As a Future Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our sales success, motivating your team to achieve new heights and contributing to key performance indicators. But that's not all – your role will encompass a range of dynamic responsibilities.
Your tasks will include:
- Managing cutting-edge OBW Business and Operating systems
- Assisting with shop budgets and exceeding P&L expectations
- Accelerating growth in customer bookings and fostering repeat business
- Communicating and implementing exciting system updates and training
- Contributing to the success of FCB initiatives, Flight Centre Holidays, and booking component levels 4+
- Coaching and developing the skills of your team members
- Providing a vision and instilling motivation in the team
- Cultivating an overall positive and vibrant office environmentThe opportunities are endless with a huge amount of enquiry coming through the door and over the phone.
