About the Role
As a Gardener at Bizzy Mowing Pty Ltd, you’ll:
- Work on residential, commercial, and government properties as part of a motivated team.
- Perform tasks such as hedging, edging, mowing, garden care, and fertilizing programs.
- Tackle exciting projects like soft and hard landscaping and irrigation systems.
- Gain hands-on experience while learning from industry professionals.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who has either:
- Minimum 3+ years of gardening or landscaping experience.
- Can confidently hedge plants (formally) and has basic plant knowledge.
- Confident working on ladders, using different hedging tools.
- Is motivated, eager to learn, and has a strong work ethic.
- Is physically fit and enjoys hands-on, outdoor work and has good general knowledge of garden maintenance.
- Holds a current driver’s license.
- Is a team player with great communication skills and attention to detail.
- Any certificates in horticulture or similar trades is favorable but not essential.
- Willing to provide references, police check and driving history.
OR:-
- Minimum 3+ years of residential lawn mowing experience working in a similar business capacity.
- Can confidently edge, mow and use commercial mowing equipment unsupervised.
- Has basic understanding of lawn growth, maintenance and turf health upkeep.
- Is motivated, eager to learn, and has a strong work ethic.
- Is physically fit and enjoys hands-on, outdoor work.
- Holds a current driver’s license.
- Is a team player with great communication skills and attention to detail.
- Any certificates in Greenkeeping or similar trades is favorable but not essential.
- Willing to provide references, police check and driving history.
