Genista Aged Care is an 84 bed aged care facility seeking a General Services Officer for our in house Laundry service.
The applicant must have:
- Previous experience in aged care housekeeping
- Be hardworking and reliable
- Have good communication skills
- Have an understanding in the handling of chemicals
- Able to work as part of a team
- An understanding of manual handling
- Understanding of Infection Control
- Wednesday-Sunday Shifts
Duties Include:
- The operation of laundry machinery.
- Providing internal laundry service for residents including name labeling and folding..
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $31.00 – $35.00 per hour
