FSCO is seeking a highly experienced Global Sustainability Manager to lead our enterprise-wide sustainability and ESG mandate. This is a senior hybrid role that combines technical depth with strategic oversight, shaping FSCO’s sustainability governance, client solutions, and global market presence.
About the Role
As Global Sustainability Manager, you will work at the intersection of climate science, ESG finance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Reporting directly to the CEO and engaging with the Board, you will ensure FSCO’s sustainability objectives align with commercial goals, international disclosure standards, and evolving industry best practice.
You will play a central role in:
- ESG & Sustainability Strategy – Advising FSCO’s leadership and Board on ESG risks, reporting, and performance.
- Metrics & Baselines – Driving emissions accounting, supply chain transparency, and data models for ESG dashboards.
- Framework Application & Compliance – Applying TCFD, ISSB, SASB, CSRD, and other frameworks with audit-ready precision.
- External Engagement – Leading grant applications, innovation submissions, and representing FSCO with investors, regulators, and global forums.
- Market Positioning – Acting as a thought leader in sustainable finance and policy, building FSCO’s reputation across jurisdictions.
- Governance & Continuous Improvement – Embedding ESG controls into digital infrastructure and fintech platforms.
What You Bring
- Degree in Environmental Science, Climate Policy, ESG Law, Sustainability Analytics, or similar. Postgraduate qualifications preferred.
- Demonstrated experience operationalising sustainability strategies across global enterprises or platforms.
- Deep knowledge of ESG disclosure regimes (CSRD, SFDR, SEC) and regulatory engagement across multiple jurisdictions.
- Expertise in emissions accounting (Scopes 1–3), biodiversity offsets, sustainability-linked financing, and supply chain transparency.
- Proven track record in grant acquisition, stakeholder advocacy, and external representation.
- Strong communication skills, able to present investor-grade sustainability narratives with clarity and impact.
