The Role
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and compelling designs across various platforms, including email newsletters, social media graphics, packaging designs, and product photos. They collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels.
The position for hire is a full time basis set at $77,000 plus superannuation per annum, and will be based in Springvale in VIC.

The Responsibilities
Some tasks may include
- Design engaging and visually appealing email newsletters on a weekly basis to effectively communicate with their customer base
- Create captivating social media graphics for daily posts across their various social media channels, maintaining brand consistency and delivering their message effectively
- Develop attractive packaging designs for new products to enhance their visual appeal and marketability
- Design and edit product photos and assets to showcase their products in the best possible light, driving sales and engaging customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy, ensuring consistent and impactful brand image across all platforms
- Undertaking research and analysing functional requirements
- Planning and developing concepts and preparing initial sketches, diagrams, storyboards, illustrations, and layouts
- Detailing and documenting the selected designs for production

Producing graphics, transitions, motions, environments, characters & techniques according to selected designs
- Possess a Bachelor degree in the field of graphic design or arts
- At least 4 years' experience working within the industry in graphic design roles.
- Must have at least 4 years of solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premier Pro
- Must have at least 4 years with 3D package, ideally Maxon Cinema 4D utilizing Octane Render Engine and/or Red shift Render Engine
- At least 4 years' experience in file formats and output/preparation specifications for all work across different mediums; print, digital, online platforms
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Willingness and ability to pitch new and progressive ideas pushing creativity for the best result.
