Reporting to the Business Operations Manager this role will provide administration support and coordination as well as systems maintenance to enable the effective operation of the Growth Function. Ideally this role will be based out of Canberra or Brisbane.
The Growth Operations Administrator will be accountable for:
Day to day management of key internal processes, specifically Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, internal governance reviews, document control and SharePoint content management.
Delivering reliable, timely support to business development teams and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Maintaining and updating customer, campaign and contact records in the CRM system in line with data integrity standards
Providing first-level user assistance, including on boarding support for new CRM users
Scheduling, organising and coordinating internal decision gate reviews
Preparing and distributing review templates, agendas and input requests to stakeholders
Maintaining SharePoint site structure, user permissions and content libraries
Participating in selected campaign reviews and debrief sessions in assist in capturing lessons learned
As a suitably experienced and well- rounded Administration professional, the Growth Operations Administrator will have:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, with demonstrated proficiency in Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint
An understanding of CRM systems and their role in supporting business development and customer engagement
Knowledge of document control principles, including version management and formatting standards
Awareness of internal governance processes and review protocols (e.g. decision gates)
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness of outputs
Ability to organise work, manage competing priorities and meet agreed timelines
Awareness of confidentiality and information security requirements when handling sensitive data
Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to expand skills in business operations and data analytics
