Peppers Marysville, part of the renowned Accor group, is seeking a confident and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a welcoming, seamless experience and setting the tone for their stay.

Job Description
In this key role, you’ll be the first impression for our guests – delivering warm, genuine service from check-in to check-out. You’ll handle everything from guest requests and local recommendations to managing bookings and accounts with care and efficiency, helping us create seamless, memorable stays in one of Victoria’s most stunning locations.
In this role, you’ll:
- Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure
- Handle reservations, billing, and guest requests with accuracy and attention to detail
- Answer calls and coordinate services such as transport and luggage support
- Share local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Support the front office team with portering and daily operations as needed
- Contribute to occupancy and revenue goals through effective upselling and guest engagement
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- A guest-first mindset, with the ability to stay calm and courteous in every interaction
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team
- Solid computer skills; experience with Opera Cloud is a big plus
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
