Job Description
The Role:
Identify new opportunities to improve the level of service being offered to tenant’s and visitors not only through the Service Desk but in the Property as a whole.
Log, action and monitor all service requests within the centre’s Building Management electronic database and ensure they are attended to promptly and satisfactorily.
Manage everything lost including family members such as children and lost property.
Action customer feedback.
Coordinate centre services including customer wheelchair / scooter/ stroller requirements ie Cloakroom management.
Manage contractor sign in / inductions (including new staff) / keys.
Presentation of display cases, notice boards, poster stands and take one stands throughout the centre.
Processes and cash handling of Gift Card Sales.
Assist with marketing events and organise delivery of statements, newspapers, mail-outs etc.
Manage all incoming calls for Building Management and directing them appropriately.
Ensure no unauthorised person gains access to the building including refusal of trolley’s through the foyer.
Ensure all couriers and trades staff enter the building via goods entrance.
Ensure keys are all accounted for and logged when signing in and out.
Report all spills to the Cleaning Supervisor immediately and arrange immediate cleaning, and barricade the spill area until cleaning is completed and floor is dry.
Ensure reception area is kept and presented to a premium level.
Assist in Security Awareness as directed by Supervisor.
Support additional reasonable duties at the request of your Supervisor, Manager or by the Client.

Previous experience in customer service is desirable.
Intermediate computer skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
An open mind and enthusiastic approach to achieve the very best service standard.
