Now Hiring: Guitar & Vocal Teachers – The Sound Society (Gordon, NSW)
The Sound Society is currently looking to expand our teaching team and has two exciting positions available at our Gordon studio.
We are a vibrant and supportive music school run by two industry professionals who are passionate about quality music education and fostering a positive, inspiring learning environment for both students and teachers.
Position 1: Guitar & Singing Teacher
We are seeking an experienced tutor to teach contemporary guitar (electric and acoustic) and contemporary voice (pop, soul, rock, musical theatre, etc.).
Applicants must feel confident teaching both instruments to students of all ages and levels in one-on-one lesson formats.
Position 2: Guitar & Bass Teacher
We are also seeking a teacher with experience in contemporary guitar and bass (pop, rock, metal etc) with the ability to incorporate jazz and improvisation where appropriate.
Requirements for both roles:
- Experience teaching in contemporary styles
- Ability to work with children, teens, and adults
- A positive, professional and reliable approach
- Valid Working With Children Check
- ABN, TFN, and Superannuation Fund
