BGIS is seeking a Casual Lifeguard / Gym Attendant to support gym and aquatic facilities across various sites, including RAAF Richmond. This role focuses primarily on pool supervision during the busy summer season, offering flexible hours and a rewarding, people-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise pool areas to ensure safety and respond to incidents
- Deliver First Aid and CPR when needed
- Provide general support around gym facilities and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Follow all site safety procedures and complete necessary documentation
What You’ll Bring
- Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard qualification (required)
- Ability to obtain or already hold a Baseline Security Clearance
- Excellent communication and a strong focus on safety
- Flexibility to work across different locations
- Strong availability from October to March , ideally across 7 days/week
