About the Role
This position, internally known as Branch Merchandiser Lead (Hardware), is based at Hallam and reports into the Senior Product Category Manager. Leading a small team you’ll play a key role in executing our hardware strategy across the Bowens network. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires regular travel to branches across Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
Lead hardware range reviews and identify new product opportunities.
Collaborate with branches to enhance in-store merchandising and product presentation.
Use data and market trends to optimise product assortments, pricing, and promotions.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and staff product training.
Build strong supplier relationships and support contract negotiations.
Oversee team performance, stocktake preparation, and safety compliance.
Support innovation and key sales initiatives across the business.
What We’re Looking For
Prior visual merchandising experience with a sharp eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with reporting tools.
Hardware knowledge is advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational abilities.
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel regularly across Victoria.
