As the Head Barista, you will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of Lito Presto’s elevated dining experience across the café. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring impeccable service, team engagement, and financial success across the cafe. Delivering effortless café service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guest’s, you will lead a team of hospitality professionals in providing exceptional guest experiences within a refined yet relaxed coastal setting.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Lead and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional food & beverage service is provided to all guests.
- Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
- Oversee the staff roster for your team ensuring staff are efficiently scheduled across the 7-day week
- Ensure coffee consistency, taste, and presentation meet venue standards.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages.
- Recruit, manage, train, develop, and inspire the café team training in coffee techniques, customer service, and hygiene
