Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leader – 2–3+ years running a high-volume venue with a calm, organised, and supportive leadership style
- Team Builder – Confident training a team with mixed experience levels
- Strong on Systems – Skilled in costing, menu design, food safety, and compliance
- Hands-On and Proactive – Comfortable leading from the front and driving kitchen success
- Focused on Quality & Speed – We aim to deliver consistent, high-quality food with low wait times
