In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for the full Diagnostics Laboratory Solutions portfolio; including Core Lab Solutions and Specialty Lab Solutions across the ANZ region. You will lead strategy, commercial execution, and end-to-end P&L performance, ensuring Siemens Healthineers continues to set the benchmark for excellence in laboratory diagnostics.
About the role
- Lead the development and execution of the ANZ commercial strategy for Lab Solutions, aligned with Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) regional priorities.
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability through operational excellence and customer-centric innovation.
- Oversee end-to-end P&L performance including pricing, SG&A, COGS, and gross profit.
- Champion customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through close collaboration with the service and account management teams.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team across the ANZ region.
- Strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, C-suite customers, and government stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
About you
- 15+ years of experience in commercial or general management roles, ideally in healthcare
- Proven success in P&L ownership for a multinational organisation with significant revenue responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and drive transformational business outcomes.
- Strong experience engaging with senior customers, government authorities, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering meaningful healthcare outcomes.
