Caloundra Christian College is a Pre-Kindy to Year 12 Independent Christian School on the Sunshine Coast. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Head of Primary Learning Community (PLC) will be committed to the mission, vision and strategic direction of the College, and will oversee and be accountable for the academic, social, spiritual, physical and social/emotional development of students from Prep to Year 6.
The Head of PLC will provide both strategic and day to day leadership to empower our PLC staff to enable students to flourish. They will lead and empower the Primary Leadership Team to develop our students through quality Christ-centred education aligned with our pedagogical direction, intentional pastoral care and a positive, active culture.
As a key member of the College Executive Team, the Head of PLC will work closely with the Principal and other Executive Team members to ensure the outworking of the College’s strategic plan and direction.
