Head of Safety

What you’ll do:
- Design and deliver a prevention-focused, data-led safety and wellbeing strategy aligned to organisational values and business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end WHS systems and processes, ensuring compliance, performance, and continuous improvement
- Champion a positive, collaborative safety culture where leaders at all levels are equipped to own health, safety, and wellbeing
- Partner across the business to embed safety into everything we do
What you’ll need:
- Tertiary qualification in WHS, allied health, or related field
- Comprehensive understanding of WHS legislation, psychosocial risk management, injury management, and workers compensation
- Proven track record in developing and implementing health, safety, and wellbeing strategies that deliver measurable business improvements
- Strong data analytic skills, able to translate safety trends into actionable solutions
- Experience in injury management and workers compensation case management
- WHS experience within Retail and Warehousing environments is highly desirable
