Position Information
Wadalba Community School is a comprehensive Kindergarten to Year 12 Community School located in the Wyong local government area. It boasts a diverse curriculum with over 300 students in its primary school and close to 1200 students in secondary school with approximately 250 Aboriginal students and 7 Support Unit classes. The school values positive partnerships with the Parents and Citizens' Association (P&C) and is an integral member of the Ngara AECG, collaborating closely with partner primary schools as part of the Wadalba Learning Community. The school is known for its contemporary teaching and learning practices, and its commitment to drawing on expertise across K–12. Our staff includes an Executive Leadership Team made up of 28 leaders (6 Assistant Principals Primary, 16 Head Teachers secondary , 3 Deputy Principals secondary, 1 Deputy Principal Primary, 1 Deputy Principal Inclusion and Support, 1 Principal).

1. Demonstrated capacity to lead staff through the current curriculum reform and syllabus changes to successfully create high quality teaching and learning programs with measurable impact for all students.
2. Demonstrated capacity to inspire, grow and support staff leading to a collaborative culture and high performing faculty.
3. Proven ability to lead and support whole school literacy improvement
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to connect with all key stakeholders and learning community members to effectively build relationships that improve learning outcomes for all students.
