About the role:

We're looking for a passinate, people-focused individual to help grow headspace Emerald's reach and impact. If you're creative, community-minded and ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!

What will a typical day look like?


  • Drive and support our Community Awareness Strategy from planning to evaluation.
  • Plan and deliver engaging events—from school talks to promotional days—to connect with young people and raise our profile.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure events are well-supported and youth needs are met.
  • Keep our website and socials fresh, relevant, and youth-focused.
  • Create professional, on-brand promo materials that speak to diverse audiences.
  • Build strong partnerships with local services and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Represent headspace Emerald with positivity and professionalism in the community.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Certificate IV Health Promotion, Public Health, Community Development, Social/Behavioural Science, Social Work/Planning, or a related discipline with relevant experience.

  • A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.

Other Requirements:

  • Full COVID-19 Vaccination
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
  • Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
