We proudly support NDIS participants and are looking for someone who shares our passion for care, independence, and empowerment.
About the Role
- Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, and daily living support
- Assist with community access, shopping, cooking, and light household tasks
- Encourage skill development and independence in participants
- Implement tailored support plans, including behavioural support needs
- Work within participants’ homes and supported living environments
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or currently studying)
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
- 6+ months experience in disability, autism, or mental health support
- Comfortable providing personal care & domestic assistance
Required or willing to obtain:
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR
