Your Role:
As a Home Care Support Worker, you’ll assist our clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life. Key duties include:
- Assisting with personal hygiene, feeding and medication.
- Supporting household tasks (cleaning, shopping).
- Providing social support and helping clients access their community.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent from an Australian institution
✔ NDIS Screening Check
✔ First Aid & CPR Certificate
✔ Mandatory Vehicle & Driver’s License (Must have a reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance)
✔ Commitment to Caring – A genuine desire to support the elderly with a compassionate and patient nature
✔ COVID-19 Vaccination – Minimum of two doses
✔ 1 Year of Experience in Aged Care (Preferred) or a strong willingness to learn
✔ Bilingual (Desirable, but not essential)
✔ Excellent Communication Skills – Able to connect easily with people
