As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the independence and well-being of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Personalised Support: Deliver high-quality, individualized assistance that empowers older adults to live fulfilling lives.
- Creating Connections: Offer companionship and emotional support through engaging conversations and meaningful interactions.
- Facilitating Independence: Help clients with personal care and transportation to appointments, ensuring they stay connected and active in their communities.
- Implementing Care Plans: Follow and execute individual service, healthcare, and positive behavior support plans, tailoring your approach to each client's unique needs.

Who we are looking for
If you have experience working as a Support Worker, are qualified with a Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community Support or related field, and enjoy variety in your day, you might be exactly the person we're looking for!
- Minimum Cert III Qualification in Aged Care, or Individual Support (must have completed aged care components).
- Experience working with older adults.
- The ability to follow and implement individual service plans, healthcare, and positive behaviour support plans.
- A desire to use your skills and experience creating fun and interesting activities that support older adults to engage more consistently with their community and peers.
- A valid driver’s licence.
