We are on the lookout for a casual Hospitality Systems Support to join the team and work across our portfolio of restaurants located along Manly Wharf! Being part of the Point of Sales team, you will be responsible for the overall reconciliation from each day of trading.
Key responsibilities include:
- Updating and maintaining POS systems
- Managing Me&U updates
- Updating external ordering platforms
- Replacing hardware when required
- Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
What we are looking for:
- Availability to work across weekend shifts is essential
- The ability to work confidently and autonomously
- Proactive and able to take initiative in identifying and solving issues
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with POS systems and ordering platforms
- Reliable and able to work independently when required
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve processes
