Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences. The Hotel Duty Manager at Crown Metropol, will lead the Front Office team to ensure a smooth and successful service experience for all guests.
In this role, you’ll deliver memorable guest experiences through genuine care and service, as well as:
- Oversee Rooms Division operations, collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth overnight service aligned with Crown standards.
- Uphold OH&S standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Anticipate guest needs, resolve escalated issues promptly, and ensure service excellence.
- Operate confidently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify operational challenges and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
About You
You bring:
- Extensive experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership role.
- Strong skills in team development, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
- High attention to detail and strong operational oversight.
- A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting team performance.
Additional Information
This role requires:
- Due to the operational requirements, only candidates with full and unrestricted Australian working rights can be considered for this position.
- Availability to commit to a 7-day roster of permanent overnights, weekends and other peak periods
- Mandatory attendance for 2–4 weeks of daytime training prior to commencing overnight shifts.
- A valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
- A valid Victorian RSA Certificate
