Our Hotel Manager is retiring after 15 years in the role, so we're seeking a replacement for him at the Bordertown Hotel. Located in the upper southeast of SA, approx 3 hours drive from Adelaide, the pub is a classic 2 storey bluestone with wrap around verandas and is located on a leafy park in town. Employing approx 20 staff, the business enjoys strong local patronage and comprises Sports Bar, Bistro, Dining Room, al fresco outdoor dining on the park, Function Room, Gaming Room, busy 2 lane drive in bottle shop and limited upstairs accommodation. It also has TAB, Keno, Juke box, Pool tables and large screen TVs throughout.The hotel has been fastidiously maintained, with regular upgrades and improvements and is prized in the district and beyond as a must see, beautiful pub, that is fully engaged with this vibrant community. We seek someone who is experienced in pub operations, has good interpersonal skills and the ambition to continue the success of the venue. Couples and families also welcome.
