Job description:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Staff Supervision & Administration
- Allocate duties and supervise staff (housekeeping, concierge, maintenance).
- Maintain rosters, resolve grievances, and ensure safety compliance.
- Attend the reception desk from:
- Mon–Sat: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sun & Holidays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
2. Property & Facilities Oversight
- Inspect and report on:
- Lighting, drainage, security, fire systems, etc.
- Building improvements and shared facilities.
- Clean and maintain foyers, lifts, stairwells, walkways, pool, gym, and sauna.
- Monitor bylaw breaches and report persistent violations.
3. Maintenance and Repairs
- Monitoring the coordination of cleaning, sweeping, and vacuuming of common areas.
- Helping Fertilise and water gardens/lawns (excluding hand watering).
- Engage and supervise contractors for pool maintenance and technical testing.
4. Financial Management
- Assist in budgeting for maintenance and repairs.
- Procure supplies and verify contractor invoices.
5. Meetings & Reporting
- Attend Body Corporate meetings and provide reports on maintenance, repairs, and incidents.
- Maintain detailed logs, hazard reports, and service records.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
- Experience: 2+ years in hotel supervisory roles.
