Job Description: As a Housekeeper/Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our motel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your responsibilities will include:
- Thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Cleaning and maintaining public areas such as the lobby, hallways, and laundry room.
- Ensuring all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
- Adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any guest complaints promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- A valid Australian work visa.
