We now have opportunities for experienced, hands-on and detail orientated Housekeeping Assistant Manager to join us and support our friendly and hard-working Housekeeping Team to deliver exceptional quality and service and maintain our luxury experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Assistant Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the activities of the Housekeeping Department to ensure high levels of guest service and satisfaction with cleanliness and comfort of guest facilities. This includes; rooms, laundry (uniform), public areas, meeting space, F&B Outlets and ensuring colleagues across the Team provide bespoke service, maintain consistent standards and create memorable experience.
As our Housekeeping Leaders you will support the Executive Housekeeper with the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department and lead by example to deliver a high level of service within allocated timeframes to ensure we are exceeding our guests’ expectations and delivering on our operational commitments.
Qualifications & Skills
Our Housekeeping Assistant Manager will be a true quality experts – passionate about quality in all forms, from the product, to the service, team and delivery! To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position/s at a luxury hotel and proven experience supervising teams to meet a level of high performance across cleanliness, productivity and operational commitments.
Other key attributes we are looking for include:
- Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality
- Luxury Hotel experience is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and good problem-solving skills
- Tertiary Qualifications in Hospitality or equivalent experience
- Australian work rights
