The Role
Crown Melbourne has an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Coordinator to join our talented housekeeping team. The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for daily coordination to ensure optimal operational efficiency and striving to exceed guest satisfaction. Critical aspects of the role are communicating room status, reporting, receiving & dispatching requests and assigning tasks to housekeeping team members.
About you
- Previous housekeeping experience in a similar admin / coordinator capacity is highly desirable.
- Systems and computer proficient including sounds understanding of Microsoft Suite applications.
- The ability to work Full-Time across a 7-day rotating roster, AM & PM shifts.
- A keen eye for detail and an open attitude to receiving feedback.
- Demonstrated organisational and excellent communication skills.
