Our Surfers Paradise resort is located on the picturesque Gold Coast, a relaxing location to unwind, which is renowned for its beautiful coastline, serene canals and enjoyable local attractions. It is the ideal place for enjoying a laidback coastal vibe, endless sunshine and the Gold Coast’s variety of famous attractions.
How You’ll Shine
The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in all common areas. The Houseperson is also responsible for:
- Daily distribution of resort amenities
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Ordering the daily delivery of linen
- Collecting all dirty linen daily
- Performing duties common to all housekeeping activities as assigned

What You’ll Bring
- Ability to work within a flexible, rotating roster which includes weekends, evenings and Public Holidays
- Be motivated, have a good eye for detail and have high cleaning standards
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
