We’re hiring Tanker Drivers to join our Liquid Waste team in Somerton, VIC. This is more than just a driving job, you’ll be operating rigid vacuum tankers and performing a range of operational tasks, including heavy lifting and handling liquid waste materials like chemicals, dangerous goods, and trap grease.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely collect, transport, and dispose of liquid waste
- Perform hands-on operational work, including manual laboring and heavy lifting
- Operate and maintain modern, high-quality vehicles
- Complete daily safety checks and paperwork
- Work in variable weather and road conditions
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain a professional appearance and take pride in your vehicle and equipment
What You’ll Need
- A current HR driver license with solid driving experience
- Previous experience operating vacuum or liquid tankers.
- Being fit to perform physical and operational work.
- Good knowledge of transport safety regulations and compliance
- A strong work ethic, ability to follow instructions, and a team-first attitude
- Willingness to carry out physical work and work safely in all conditions
