We’re on the lookout for a HRIS Manager – SuccessFactors to lead a small team to optimise our SuccessFactors platform and provide ongoing support and enhancements to allow us to provide the best employee experience we can.
In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the delivery of intelligent HR technology solutions that enhance the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. To be successful, you'll need hands-on experience with one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, and Learning. You’ll partner with People & Culture, IT, and business leaders to align system capabilities with organisational needs, drive best practice, and ensure our HR technology continues to evolve and support our growth.

Key responsibilities
As a HRIS Manager Success Factors your responsibilities include:
- Lead optimisation and ongoing enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Provide expert support to HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Manage system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with vendors to implement and deploy system changes
- Ensure smooth integration with other business systems
- Maintain accurate system documentation and best practices
- Stay current with system updates and new features
- Support change management for upgrades and process enhancements
About you
We are looking for dynamic and values-led individuals who have:
- Experience managing and maintaining SuccessFactors and SAP ECP Payroll
- An understanding of Rostering/Time & Attendance systems
- Strong system reporting and data analysis skills
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- High levels of confidentiality and professionalism
Desirable:
- Experience with WorkForce Software (WFS) or similar HR tech
- Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Excel
- Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with great follow-through
- Exposure to HRIS project work
- Confident consulting on system changes with all levels, including senior leaders

Requirements
To be eligible, you must have or willing to complete:
- NDIS Screening Workers Check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion.
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- A collaborative and flexible approach to work, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
